Multi-season, Gore-Tex waterproof motorcycle jacket for adventure sport riders.
Adventure. Athleticism. Sport. Just three adjectives that go hand-in-hand with the Revit Potential GTX motorcycle jacket. A jacket created to push the boundaries of design, waterproofing, and the need for speed. With a vision to create a waterproof jacket that stands out in the crowd yet one with a clean, sportive, and minimalistic aesthetic, Rev'it! went to the drawing board on how to do that. The solution? By designing it with an athletic silhouette – a slim but not a figure-hugging fit so you still have some wiggle room when on the roads – and with a smart waterproofing construction.
Rev'it! included a GORE-TEX Z-liner construction in the Potential GTX. The GORE-TEX membrane is bonded to a lightweight fabric which means it is then freely suspended between the outer fabric and the lining. This had a twofold outcome. The first being that since the waterproofing isn’t laminated to the polyester ripstop and stretch twill outer shell, they were able to play around with the outer shell materials, to create something unique. The second being a cleaner-finished product. Since the membrane is floating, the stitches are hidden making the Potential GTX’s outsides what they are. A foldable fixed hood further enhances its protection against the elements.
Building upon its progressive silhouette, Rev'it included ample laminated reflection (at the back, chest, and lower arms) so you even stand out and be seen in low-level lighting or during night riding. Adjustment points at the lower arm, wrist, and waist give you that personal touch, and two large, zippered pockets along the side allow you to keep personal items close and dry. An included detachable thermal liner enhances the Potential GTX jacket’s overall versatility.

Underneath this garment you can wear the REV'IT! Avertum Tech-Air Airbag, provided you choose this garment one size larger than your regular clothing size. If you want to wear a garment marked ‘Suitable for Avertum Tech-Air Airbag System - one size up’, you need to make sure that the garment has enough room for an inflated airbag. Hence, the recommendations below for optimum fit:
Note: Keep in mind that the garment is bought in the right size so that the shoulder and elbow protectors fit properly and provide maximum protection in an accident. To give room for an inflated airbag, remove any loose layers (thermal lining, waterproof lining) that might impede airbag inflation in an accident. Remove (if present) the loose back protector in your clothing; the airbag comes standard with a back protector. Set all adjustment options at the torso (adjustment straps, adjustment straps) to the widest position.
