The Cleaning Gel™ is a safe product for use on breathable, waterproof footwear as it does not leave residues that attract water (hydrophilic residues) and cause fabric and leather to absorb water and eventually become soaked. Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel™ removes dirt and stains that absorb water during use. This restores the long-lasting water repellency (DWR) and ensures that water beads off from the outside.
