The invoice, with payment specifications, will be sent to you by Klarna. That will be done by e-mail, a few days after we have shipped your order. This invoice must be paid to Klarna within two weeks of receipt of the order.
Note: with this payment method it is important that shipping and billing address are the same. So not possible for orders with a different delivery address (including PostNL PakjeGemak locations).
We do not yet offer the possibility to pay in terms.
Of course! Send us an e-mail with the order number we will arrange this for you.
Yes, they are. In the shop all our items have a MSRP label. But when scanning and paying at the checkout, the price will be equal to the (discounted) online price if applicable.
Do you have credit on your shop account and you want to spend it online? No problem!
The best is to contact our customer service. They will make arrangements for you to do so.
Yes, in general you pay VAT on your purchase and the shipping costs. If you order from a NON-EU country or as a company in an EU country, the VAT will be automatically deducted when you order in our webshop. In countries outside the EU or as a company in an EU country, you do not have to pay (21%) VAT on the items and therefore not on the shipping costs.
For more info about VAT, please read more under the FAQ: 'Are all prices including VAT?'
All prices are including VAT according to the Dutch rate (21%) or the VAT rate as applied in the country where you ship your order to. Because from 1 July 2021, the way VAT is calculated on online sales has changed. From this date we will charge you the VAT rate of the EU country where you are located.
If we ship your order to a country outside the EU or you order for a company in an EU country, you do not have to pay VAT on your purchase and shipping costs. VAT is automatically deducted during the ordering process. You may have to incur additional costs for, for example, import duties or taxes. These rates can be requested from your local customs authorities.
The way VAT is levied on online sales is calculated according to the EU country where you are based
The Dutch VAT rate is 21%. If you place an order and have it shipped to one of the countries below, the VAT rate and thus the final price will be changed in the check out. If your country uses a lower VAT rate, your final price will be lower, if it is higher, the final amount will be higher.
Below is an overview of the countries within the European Union with a different VAT rate compared to the Netherlands.
Austria | 20% |

Yes, we cooperate with Global Blue.
When you are buying articles in our shop in Amsterdam (with a minimum of € 50) and you will return to your country outside the EU within 3 months, you can have a tax refund at a Global Blue office. The are located on almost every airport around Europe, so in case you are traveling through, you still can have your tax refunded at the airport where you are leaving Europe.
In the shop, VAT always has to be paid completely. It is possible to get a refund form from Global Blue, with which you can reclaim partially your paid VAT. In the shop we do not need any details from you, so you do not have to bring a passport or anything else.
The bigger the amount you spent in the shop, the higher the percentage of the refund. On average, this TAX refund is about 11% of the amount spent.
